Carlos M. Carrillo

Carlos M. Carrillo 91, of Skokie, IL passed away Friday, April 10, 2026, at Warren Barr North Shore in Highland Park, IL. He was born on October 18, 1934, in Havana, Cuba and was the son of Carlos and Juana (Cruz) Carrillo.

Carlos found joy in traveling and capturing life through photography, but nothing meant more to him than the cherished moments he shared with his family.

Survivors include wife; Teresita of Skokie, IL, children; Juan Carlos (Cesar Chavarry) Carrillo of Chicago, IL and Vivian Briscoe of DeKalb. Sister; Sonia Carrillo and God daughter; Lourdes De Leon.

Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 10:30am at St. Mary Catholic Church in DeKalb with Father Dean Russell officiating. Burial will be immediately following the mass at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in DeKalb. Memorials can be made to the family to be established at a later date.
