Charles Keith Moore

Age 64 of DeKalb, IL died on Thursday January 3, 2019 in his residence in DeKalb. He was born on November 30, 1954 in Rochelle, IL, and was the son of Keith and Helen (Law) Moore.

Charles was married to the former Barbara Isham on October 6, 1974 in DeKalb, IL. Charles graduated from DeKalb High School in the class of 1973. He had worked for many years as a Maintenance Supervisor at Barb City Manor retiring this past October. Charles served in the United States Army from 1973-1977.

Survivors include: wife: Barbara of DeKalb, son: Chad of DeKalb, sisters: Linda (Richard) Meyers of Sycamore, Christine Wilhelm of Sycamore, mother-in-law: Anna C. Isham, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by: parents, father-in-law: James Isham, and sister-in-law: Carol Sue Isham.

Funeral service will be held on Monday January 7, 2019 at 11:00am in the Finch Funeral Home with Pastor Janet Hunt of First Lutheran Church in DeKalb officiating. Burial with Military Honors provided by the DeKalb American Legion will follow services in Fairview Park Cemetery in DeKalb. Visitation will be held on Monday January 7, 2019 at 10:00AM till the time of the service in the funeral home.
