Colin Tulley Camp 39, of Franklin Grove, IL passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2024, at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, IL. He was born April 4, 1985, in Elgin, IL and was the son of Craig Camp and Vernetta Tulley.
Colin graduated from Elgin High School in 2003, setting the foundation for a life filled with dedication and love. On October 6, 2017, he married his soulmate, Kathryn E. Radder, in a beautiful ceremony at Graue Mill in Oak Brook, IL—a day that marked the beginning of a deeply cherished partnership.
For the past three years, Colin worked as a field supervisor for Brian's Heating and Cooling Company in West Chicago, where his expertise and strong work ethic earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues. He was not only passionate about his work but also deeply fulfilled by his ability to provide for his beloved family of seven.
A devoted member of Living Water Community Church in Franklin Grove, Colin's faith was a guiding light in his life. He had a profound love for the outdoors, treasured trips to the movies with his children, and had a lifelong admiration for all things Superman. Standing tall at 6'5", he was affectionately known as the "gentle giant," a man whose stature was matched only by the size of his heart. Colin's greatest joy came from being a protective, loving husband and father, creating countless beautiful memories with his family that will be cherished forever. Colin's compassionate spirit gave in death as in life, as he gave the gift of life through organ donation. His beautiful spirit will live on through this gift and in the hearts of his family.
