Danny K. Ritchason

Danny K. Ritchason 75, of DeKalb, IL, passed away on November 4, 2024, after a long battle with Lewy Body Dementia. He was born on August 15, 1949, in McLeansboro, IL and was the son of James and Bessie Ritchason.

Danny was an employee of Elmhurst Post Office for 51 years.

He is survived by his wife Lynda, son Daniel (Rachel), daughter Kimberly Johnson and four grandchildren; Alison, Stephanie, Katelyn, and Troy.  Sister Elsie (Larry) Launius and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Roger and sister Lois Dean.

Services will be private. Cremation rites and arrangements were entrusted to Finch Funeral Home 310 Oak St. DeKalb, IL 60115 815-758-3841.
