Darrell R. Balasty

Age 48 of DeKalb, IL died on Tuesday October 10, 2017 in the Kishwaukee Hospital Emergency Room. He was born on October 12, 1968 in Chicago, IL, he was the son of Darrell G. Balasty and Linda Jacobi.
Darrell has been living in the DeKalb community for several years and he loved working on computers. He was known to help his friends rid their computers of viruses.
Survivors include: mother: Linda Jacobi of Arlington Heights, IL, step-father: George LaRose of Mesa, AZ, beloved aunt: Lois Mell of Des Plaines, IL, sisters: Penny (Andrew Staszel) LaRose of Anthem, AZ, Victoria Ertl of Batavia, and his many friends in the DeKalb community.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday October 14, 2017 at 2:00pm in the Finch Funeral Home in DeKalb with Pastor Robert L. Vaughn officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday October 14, 2017 ay 1:00pm till the time of the service in the funeral home. Cremation will follow services at the Finch Crematory.
