Frances Jeanette "Jean" Fairman

Frances Jeanette "Jean" Fairman, 90, of DeKalb, Illinois, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022. She was born in Joelton, Tennessee on December 19,1931 to the late Maggie and Andrew Proctor and was additionally preceded in death by her husband John, son John, a granddaughter, Catherine Fairman, brothers; Lee Andrew "Duck" Proctor, William Proctor, and Robert Proctor and sisters; Elizabeth Day, Ann Rinebold, Ola Gaddy, and Mildred Carver. Jean is survived by a daughter, Lynette (George) Hallauer; grandsons, William Fairman and Jackson Hallauer; granddaughter Afton (Stephen) Pedrick; great-granddaughters, Britney Fairman and Anne Pedrick; a great-grandson, John Pedrick and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff at Dekalb County Nursing and Rehab Center for their care and dedication. At the request of the family all services will be privately held at Spring Hill Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road in Nashville.
