Frances P. "Peppy" Pesut age 95 of DeKalb, IL died on Friday January 25, 2013 in the Kishwaukee Community Hospital ion DeKalb Twp., IL. She was born on December 27, 1917 in DeKalb, and was the daughter of Matthew and Mary (Balen) Pesut.

Peppy had worked for the Cyclone Fence Company, General Electric, and for a short time at Wurlitzer Piano Factory. Peppy was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in DeKalb, Catholic Daughters of America #996, Altar and Rosary Society, Croatian Fraternal Union of America, and Friends of Barb City Manor.

Survivors include: niece: JoAnn (Richard) Kessen of Scottsdale, AZ, cousin: Mary Ann Mikez of DeKalb, and several good friends in DeKalb. Preceded in death by: parents, brothers: John, Joseph, and George, sisters: Anna Nisas, Amanda Pesut, and Catherine Pesut.

Funeral mass will be held on Tuesday January 29, 2013 at 10:30 am in the St. Mary Catholic Church with Father Kenneth Anderson officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation and Catholic Daughter Prayer Service will be held on Tuesday January 29, 2013 at 9:30am till the time of the service in the church.
