Holly A. (Hansen) Bogle

Holly A. (Hansen) Bogle 73, of Ashton, IL, passed away peacefully after battling thyroid cancer on December 15, 2025. Born in Des Plaines, IL on May 4, 1952. She was the beloved daughter of Delmar and Millie (Miller) Hansen. On January 29, 1973, Holly married the love of her life, Robert L. Bogle and were happily married for 53 blessed years.

Holly and Robert Bogle met in Lake Geneva, WI and joined their lives in the winter of 1973. They were exceedingly blessed to have three sons that brought them an enormous amount of joy, Bobby (Angie Leifheit), Jason (Christina Cardine) and youngest son Christopher. They were proud grandparents to (Bobby) Zackary, Madison, and Tyler, (Jason) Austin, Cailin, Brantley, and Carter and (Chris) Ryelee.

Holly loved hanging out with her best friend Collen (sister-in-law) and her friend Pam from Waterman, she also enjoyed gardening and spending quality time with her grandchildren. Bob and Holly had many pets which Holly spent lots of hour's training and loving them as one of her children. Holly was mainly a stay-at-home mom taking care of the boys. Once they were older she worked at JC Penny, Kaufman Turkey Farm, Resource Bank, Elderly Care as a CNA, FASCO, and she had 25 years at Kishwaukee Garage Door as their secretary.

Holly is survived by her husband Robert, all her children and grandchildren. Sister Maryjo (Richard) Callender of New Mexico and twin brother Del (Sherry) Hansen of Wisconsin.
