Josephine "Jodie" Big John

"The Drips from Draper Road" mourn the loss of one of their beloved shining stars. Josephine Big John (Jodie) has gained her wings to the pearly gates where she was able to reunite with the love of her life (Tony Big John) after 30 years apart.  Jodie lived an extraordinary life, and really lived her life being very diverse in many things, one of those being a Knight on a horse in her early years, Travel Agent, and Domestic Goddess to name a few. She was the favorite sister out of her 3 brothers and grew up with the sense of adventure and ended up traveling around the United States to find a place that felt like home. The one thing we will miss is her way with animals, people and she always made you feel welcomed and was never left hungry.  In her final parting words, she wanted to let everyone know that she wasn't scared but said "I'm really going to miss the hell out of everyone here.". She is leaving behind a legacy of extending kindness to others, always express gratitude for the things you have, and a family that is going to miss the hell out of her.  As she put it best "laissez le bon temps rouler" (Let the good times roll).
