Martha Ella Watts, 86, of Lena, IL (formerly DeKalb, IL) died on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at The Lena Living Center, with her family by her side. She was born December 1, 1926 in Pocahontas, AK, one of 5 daughters born to Irvin and Birdie Morris. Martha was a member of the Freeport Church of Christ and loved teaching the Word of God and serving others.

Survivors include her son, Rodger (Diane) Watts of Lena, IL; two grandchildren, Brianna (Chase) Hendley of Haslet, TX, and Tyler (Carissa) Watts of Alamosa, CO.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Watts, 3 brothers and 4 sisters.

Visitation will be from 2-4p.m. Sunday, January 6 at Ronan-Moore-Finch Funeral Home in DeKalb, IL. The funeral service will be Monday, January 7, at 10:00 a.m. at the Ronan-Moore-Finch Funeral Home in DeKalb, IL. Burial will follow services in Fairview Park Cemetery.
