Michele Stevens Paul

Michele Stevens Paul, born January 4, 1954, in Brooklyn, NY, daughter of Lyna and Mel
Morgan, passed away peacefully at home in DeKalb, IL on September 17, 2024. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Michele's warmth, kindness, and generous spirit touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Michele was a cherished member of the Jewish community, the Fine Line Creative Arts Center, and her book club which she attended avidly.  Her life was a testament to her dedication to her children and she made a lasting impact through her volunteer work with the Jewish community and the food pantry. Michele is survived by her husband, Bernard Paul; their daughters, Emma, Hannah, and Jessica; and their son, Maxwell. She is also survived by her two grandchildren, Violet and Evan who were the light of her life. Michele is mourned by her only sibling, her sister Robin, and a wide circle of extended family and friends.

A service to honor Michele's life will be held on Friday, September 20, 2024, at Finch Funeral Home at 310 Oak Street, DeKalb Il. at 11 am.

Michele's legacy of love, compassion, and joy will continue to inspire all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
