Raymond "Ray" Fashola

Raymond (Ray) Fashola passed away on November 10, 2022, in his residence in DeKalb, he was the only child born to Kayode (Paul) Fashola and Christine Fashola Hart on April 21, 1973, in Chicago, IL.

Ray graduated from Hyde Park Academy and he earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois, specializing in Finance and Business.

Raymond has a loving family. He enjoyed traveling and always had a beautiful smile. Ray brought happiness to everyone he met.

Raymond leaves to cherish his memories:

His mother, Christine Fashola Hart, Son, Jonathan Fashola, Daughter, Mireia Martinez,  Aunts, Roberta  Whitehead,  Pearl Bullock , Brenda

(Ollie) Stinson, a childhood friend  Derrick, Uncle's, Samuel Whitehead, Larry (LaDonne) Whitehead, Lathrop Burgins and a host of cousins and  friends.

Preceeding him in death: his grandparents, Ananias Whitehead and Gladys Whitehead and His Aunt's,

Beverly Burgins, Bernice Whitehead.

A open visitation for Ray will be held on Saturday November 19, 2022, at Finch Funeral Home in DeKalb from 1:00PM till2;30pm. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family to be established at a later date. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to: Finch Funeral Home 310 Oak St. DeKalb, IL, 60115 (815)758-3841.
