Richard Paul Sloan

Richard Paul Sloan 91, of Cortland passed away on Friday, April 5, 2024, at home. He was born January 14, 1933, in Chicago, IL and was the son of William P. and Sarah K. (Pryle) Sloan.

Richard worked in maintenance at Elmhurst School District for many years. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in DeKalb.

Survivors include nephew; Albert (Pixie) Sloan Jr. and niece; Bette Anne (John) Cotte. Daughter; Cindy Sloan. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Albert Sloan Sr., sister Patricia Chrisman and an infant sister Katherine.

Funeral services will be private.
