Shirley A. Busch 85, of Sycamore died Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at Kishwaukee Hospital in DeKalb. She was born April 22, 1929 in Elgin, IL and was the daughter of August and Margaret (Mengler) Kaldenberger.

Shirley married Francis N. Busch on February 13, 1954. She loved to travel and was a member of The Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. John in Sycamore.

Survivors include; a son Steve (Mary) Busch of Sycamore; two daughters; Diane (Steve) Gustafson of Clinton, WI and Cheryl (Mike) Eggleston of Orfordville, WI. Six grandchildren; Patrick (Marisa) Busch, Katie (Mike) Algrim, Meghan (Matt) Byrne, Tim (Lindsey) Gustafson, Evie (Brady) Eilers and Michael Eggleston and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Francis and a brother Bill Kaldenberger.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 11:00am at The Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. John in Sycamore with Rev. Robert Weinhold officiating. Burial will be immediately following the service at The St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Cemetery in Hampshire, IL. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 9:30am until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the family to be established at a later date.
