Thomas B. Collette 59, of DeKalb died Monday March 3, 2014 at his home. He was born in Kankakee, IL on October 30, 1954 and was the son of Beaucie and Dorothy (Trost) Collette.

Thomas graduated from Central High School in Clifton, IL class of 1972. He married Victoria "Susie" Moore. He had various jobs throughout is life. He worked with electronics, was a limo driver, made ponds and had worked for a vending company. Thomas has lived in the DeKalb community since 1997, moving here from Kankakee, IL.

Thomas is survived by his wife Victoria "Susie" of DeKalb, four sons; Aaron Collette of San Diego, CA, James Collette of DeKalb, David (Gabi) Collette of Fort Knox, KY, and Jon (Jessica) Collette of Geneva, IL. Two brothers; Pete (Ann) Collette of Solon, IA, Mark ( Bow)Collette of Fredericksburg, VA and four sisters; Barbara (Bob) Buehler of Naples, FL, JoAnne Coriell of Pontiac, IL, Elizabeth (Lynn) LaMie of Kankakee, IL, and Patricia Collette of Pontiac, IL. Step grandchildren; Raul Garcia of Las Vegas, NV, Isabel Aguilar of San Antonio, TX and Trisha Garcia of Washington. He was preceded in death by his parents Beaucie and Dorothy.
